Starting Out Wild Fall 2020

Pre-Kindergarten Curriculum (18mo – 3yrs) Pre-Assessment
WILD at The Preserve
Outdoor Education Classes

Starting Out Wild is an early outdoor childhood education program that builds on a child’s sense of wonder about nature and invites them to explore wildlife and the world around them. Through a wide range of activities and experiences, the program provides an early foundation for developing positive impressions about nature and lifelong social and academic skills. Parents will accompany their children each class as the program explores and unearths the nature of West Texas. The program is for children ages 1.5 – 3 yrs, and each class will follow the same structure emphasizing discovery, learning, nature walks, and craft. The Jenna Welch Nature Study Center’s educational programs are provided at no cost to its participants, made possible by donors like you.
