WILD Exploration Summer Event

The Preserve and Midland AF are joining forces to host an event as an opportunity for the general public to explore all The Preserve and local organizations and businesses have to offer the community. Join us in engaging the public in outdoor recreation, citizen science, and some good summer fun this Saturday, June 19th. Don’t let anyone tell you there is nothing to do in Midland!

We are currently accepting sponsors and have the following tiers available:

Trailblazer

A Trailblazer sponsor will include

• providing a booth, activity, and/or personnel to support the event
• set up their activities or booths on the East side of the playa (opposite side from entrance)
• will receive inclusion in press releases and recognition of the organization’s website.
• If this is your level of chosen sponsorship, please provide your website and logo for use in promotional materials. 

Journeyer

A Journeyer sponsor makes a pledge of $50 and includes

• (optional) providing a booth, activity, and/or personnel to support the event. 
• activities or booths on the West side of the playa (same side as entrance).
• Journeyers will receive inclusion in press releases, signage at the event, and recognition of the organization’s website.
• If this is your level of chosen sponsorship, please provide your website, social media tags, and logo for use in promotional materials.

Adventurer

An Adventurer sponsor makes a pledge of $150 to the event and includes

• (optional) providing a booth, activity, and/or personnel to support the event.  
• set up their booth or activity on the West side of the playa (same side as entrance, and receive priority location over Journeyers).
• receive inclusion in press releases, signage at the event, press availability, and recognition of the organization’s website and social media accounts.
• If this is your level of chosen sponsorship, please provide your website, social media tags, and logo for use in promotional materials. 

Voyager 

A Voyager sponsor makes a pledge of $500 to the event and/or provides swag bag materials or raffle prizes. It includes

• (optional) providing a booth, activity, or personnel to support the event.
• set up their booth or activity in the Merritt Pavilion (at the entrance).
• receive inclusion in press releases, signage at the event, press availability, recognition of the organization’s website and social media accounts, and tickets to the event (4 max).
• If this is your level of chosen sponsorship, please provide your website, social media tags, a short organization/business description, and logo for use in promotional materials. 

Explorer

An Explorer sponsor makes a pledge of $1000 to the event and/or provides insured means of transportation to and from designated parking areas. It includes

• (optional) providing a booth, activity, or personnel to support the event.
• set up their booth or activity in the Merritt Pavilion (at the entrance, and receive priority location over Voyagers).
• receive inclusion in press releases, signage at the event, press availability, recognition of the organization’s website, tickets to the event (6 max).
• If this is your level of chosen sponsorship, please provide your website, social media tags, a short organization/business description, and logo for use in promotional materials.
