COVID-19 Volunteer Release Form

The World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. Due to its capacity to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, the government has set recommendations, guidelines, and some prohibitions which I-20 Wildlife Preserve adheres to.

Please do not attend I-20 Wildlife Preserve's Volunteer Day if you, or anyone you or in contact with, are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. I-20 Wildlife Preserve will take measures to ensure the safety and health of our program participants, and our staff. Thank you for your cooperation.
